Before we dispatch

After successful payment authorization, preparation ordinarily takes 1–2 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are outside this handling estimate.

Carrier timing

Estimated transit is 4–6 business days after shipment. Preparation and carrier travel are separate, and this estimate does not promise arrival on a specific date. Checkout shows available destinations, charges and any current shipping offer.

Address and tracking

Provide a complete deliverable address and current contact details. Tracking can remain unchanged until the first carrier scan. We review corrections reported before dispatch, though later changes depend on fulfillment progress and carrier rules.

Delivery assistance

For a lengthy delay, possible loss, an unlocated delivered scan or shipping damage, email urezuloq774@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking reference; add clear parcel and item photographs for damage.
